This event offers an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to engage with medical infor\u00admat\u00adics, to exchange knowl\u00adedge and to discuss the future devel\u00adop\u00adment of the field together.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sympo\u00adsium: Impuls\u00ades for the future of medical infor\u00admat\u00adics (14:30 \u2014 15:30)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The sympo\u00adsium presents keynote speech\u00ades from the fields of science, indus\u00adtry and soci\u00adety that address the <strong>upcom\u00ading chal\u00adlenges in medical infor\u00admat\u00adics.<\/strong> We are pleased to announce two renowned speakers:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Marie Moe from the Norwe\u00adgian Univer\u00adsi\u00adty of Science and Tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy<\/strong> will give her presen\u00adta\u00adtion <em>\u201cHack\u00ading my own Heart: Research\u00ading and Living with a Vulner\u00ada\u00adble Medical Implant\u201d<\/em> and provide insights into her research and expe\u00adri\u00adences with vulner\u00ada\u00adble medical implants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Holger Storf from the Johann Wolf\u00adgang Goethe Univer\u00adsi\u00adty and the Univer\u00adsi\u00adty Hospi\u00adtal Frank\u00adfurt<\/strong> will give a talk enti\u00adtled <em>\u201cMedical infor\u00admat\u00adics in 50 years: Wish\u00ades &amp; Perspec\u00adtives for Rare Diseases\u201d<\/em> he will high\u00adlight the impor\u00adtance of medical infor\u00admat\u00adics for the diag\u00adno\u00adsis of rare diseases in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cere\u00admo\u00adny: Cere\u00admo\u00adni\u00adal Trib\u00adute (16:00 \u2014 16:45)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The cere\u00admo\u00adny will be opened musi\u00adcal\u00adly by the big band of Heil\u00adbronn Univer\u00adsi\u00adty and will be an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to acknowl\u00adedge the impor\u00adtance of medical infor\u00admat\u00adics.
